Galloway, NJ - Stockton University sophomore Jared Lewis (Westville/Deptford) was named ECAC Metro Men's Track & Field Athlete of the Week for the period of November 30-December 6. Lewis finished second out of 29 competitors in the triple jump at the Metro Holiday Season Opener with a leap of 14.73 meters that was the best in NCAA Division III during the first weekend of the indoor track & field season.Lewis was selected NJAC Field Athlete of the Week on Monday. The ECAC chooses its weekly honorees from conference award winners in various leagues throughout the Metro Region.
